As a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales, our legal structure places community benefit at the heart of our activities rather than private profit. Future funds will be directed towards carefully selected projects and initiatives delivered through trusted partners, subject to appropriate due diligence and oversight.

What is a Community Interest Company?
A Community Interest Company (CIC) is a UK company established to create community benefit. CICs are regulated by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies and must satisfy a community interest test, demonstrating that their activities are intended to benefit the community. As a Community Interest Company, People Appeal CIC is legally committed to operating for community benefit. Our structure supports transparency, accountability and responsible stewardship of resources while enabling the organisation to grow sustainably over time. This legal framework helps ensure that community impact remains at the heart of everything we do.
